RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR EQNQ STUDIO
Returns & Exchanges at EQNQ Studio
Each EQNQ Studio product is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we’re not able to accept general returns or exchanges — but we’re committed to making things right if there’s a problem with your order.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a printing issue, damage, or a defect, we’ve got your back. Please email us at askeqnq@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the issue
3. A brief description of the problem
We’ll review and send a free replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse
Please double-check our size charts before placing your order — since everything is printed just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.
We know online sizing can be tricky, so if you’re unsure about a fit or need help picking a size, feel free to reach out before you order. We’re happy to help!
Duplicate or Sequential Orders
If multiple orders are placed by the same customer for the same item (identical style, color, size), whether places minutes, hours, or days apart, the orders mat be flagged as potential duplicates. In these cases, we may temporarily place the order on hold for up to 24 hours while we attempt to confirm intent via the email address provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be processed as placed.
Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, cancellations or refunds due to duplicate, accidental, or unintentional orders will not be honored.
Please review your cart carefully before placing your order. All items are made to order, and changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is submitted.
Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at askeqnq@gmail.com. We’ll help track it down, and if it’s confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll send a replacement.
Delivery Confirmation & Disputes
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. This includes confirmation through tracking information, GPS delivery scans, or official carrier documentation.
If a customer reports that an order was not received but the carrier confirms successful delivery, refunds or replacements will not be issued. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon delivery.
All shipping addresses are entered directly by the customer at checkout and are automatically processed through our e-commerce system. EQNQ Studio does not review, edit, verify, or modify customer-provided shipping addresses prior to fulfillment. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered correctly fulfilled. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information submitted by the customer.
We are not liable for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery. Lost packages are only eligible for replacement if confirmed lost by the carrier and not marked as delivered.
Approved Returns & Refund Adjustments
In rare cases where a return or refund is approved, the following conditions apply:
- A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in pristine condition.
Once the item is received and inspected, any eligible refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method.
Items returned in worn, washed, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund.
